How to claim

Go to your Settings page

Navigate to your account settings and select "Request a Refund."

Receive your full refund

You should see the refund hit your account within 5-10 business days. No questions, no hoops, no hassle.

Applies to: All subscription types (monthly and 6-month). Refund covers your Flying Prep subscription cost within the first 30 days of purchase.

6-Month Exam Protection

Complete your prep, take the exam. If you don't pass, we refund up to 6 months of your Flying Prep subscription. We only succeed when you earn your credits.

How to qualify

Reach 90% confidence score

Complete your study guide and reach at least a 90% confidence score on all topics before taking your official exam.

Take your official exam

Schedule and take your official CLEP or DSST exam at a testing center within 30 days of your last Flying Prep login.

Submit your score report

If you don't pass, go to your account settings, select "Request a Refund," and upload your official score report within 14 days of receiving your results.

What's refunded

Up to 6 months of your Flying Prep subscription fees, refunded to your original payment method.

What's not covered

Exam fees or testing center costs (these are paid directly to the testing provider)

Exams taken before reaching 90% confidence on all topics

Exams taken more than 30 days after your last Flying Prep login

Score reports submitted more than 14 days after receiving results
